Cambridge Rotarians and family members plant trees in support of the Grand River Conservation Authority's project to restore Chilligo Creek's original values and habitat for the benefit of the community.  Cambridge North Rotary had presented a $3,000 cheque to the Grand River Conservation Foundation in September, 2009 for this project, and had also sponsored a successful application in the fall of 2007 for a $75,000 Ontario Trillium Foundation Grant for this project.  After many years in planning, it was a great experience for Rotarians to have a hands-on role in the final stage of this restoration project.
