There was some banter about adventures in obtaining a second vaccine dose. Apparently Wellesley is the place to go.
 
I am sure there was more zoom talk but I didn't get it all.

We had 11 members zooming today. Can't wait for our return to GCC.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Laureen - 50+ cars have signed up for car rally.
Dave - Chase The Ace - we have officially registered. 
Dean - recently volunteered with Meals On Wheels garden (not really sure what this is). This may present an opportunity for a community service project.
Paul Witmer - June dates to celebrate: June 24 - Paul Goetz' birthday.
                                                             June 27 - Greg Rawn's wedding anniversary
                                                             June 27 - Doug and Connie's wedding anniversary (23)
                                                             And - I think I forgot one other date.
Sean - will check on the costs to replace the plaque at the Chilligo Creek mill sight where we planted trees.
 
Other Items in the Calendar:
 
Ribfest - August 7th. Rotary Sunrise is looking for volunteers and shifts will only be 2 hours.  It is a one day event and will run from 10am to 7pm. 
 
The District Change over Awards is on June 23rd at 7.00 PM via Zoom. District Governor Mike Lawrie will be handing over to District Governor Elect Rudy Hasbesch.
 
ToastMasters/Rotary Open house Meeting is scheduled for July 22 @7:15pm by zoom. We need a representative to speak about rotary for 5-7 minutes and a toastmaster coach with advise on how you did (nicely :-).
 
Cluster Meeting - September 9th with Rudy - we need two people to sit on this committee. It will be an evening event.
 
 Preston Hespeler golf tournament is schedule for Oct 4th at whistle Bear.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR DATE, PLEASE FIND YOUR OWN REPLACEMENT.  TO BE SURE OF YOUR SCHEDULE, CONTACT YOUR PARTNER THE DAY BEFORE!

SERGEANT-AT-ARMS SCHEDULE

The Sgt.‐At‐Arms (SAA) shall mark the attendance sheet, input Guest Names, Visiting Rotarians and Make‐ups submitted by club members, as well as calculate the meeting percentage. You will also give the invocation when requested by the President. At the end of the meeting make sure the Secretary has the “Secretary’s Copy”.

In addition, the SAA shall also fill in the attendance details on the “Bulletin Editor’s Copy” and make sure the editor receives it by the end of the meeting.

The person who is responsible for any Ticket sales shall enter the cash details on the “Treasurer’s Copy”. They shall also collect the Happy Toonies and enter that information on the same sheet. At the end of the meeting they shall give the treasurer the tally sheet along with the cash in an envelope. There is a supply of banker’s envelopes in the tote box.
