OPENING CEREMONIES

TABLE TALK
Not too much table talk today .  Discussed the difference between an Oral Surgeon vs Dental Surgeon vs Dentist . Also discussed the excessive rain we had in the last few days . 
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS REPORT
We had a total of 9 members present today, with a total membership of 20 members , making attendance 45% There were no make-ups, we had no guests and no one joined us on zoom.
 
HAPPY-TOONIES
 
Fred enjoyed his motorcycle  ride to the meeting today . He closed his pool at home today .... too many leaves .
Stephan was happy about his expensive house upgrades .... removal of knob and tube  ,  and new fuse panel ....

We had Gerry go over the budget for this year .
 
He reviewed the service fund , the community fund , and the general fund . 
 
If you require further info regarding this years club budget , please contact  Gerry .
 
Everything seems to be under control , and all members were in agreement regarding this years budget .

BINGO SCHEDULE

The Bingo hall has a new name and logo.

We are not yet needed to volunteer in person as of this writing.

IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR DATE, PLEASE FIND YOUR OWN REPLACEMENT.  TO BE SURE OF YOUR SCHEDULE, CONTACT YOUR PARTNER THE DAY BEFORE!
SERGEANT-AT-ARMS SCHEDULE

The Sgt.‐At‐Arms (SAA) shall mark the attendance sheet, input Guest Names, Visiting Rotarians and Make‐ups submitted by club members, as well as calculate the meeting percentage. You will also give the invocation when requested by the President. At the end of the meeting make sure the Secretary has the “Secretary’s Copy”.

In addition, the SAA shall also fill in the attendance details on the “Bulletin Editor’s Copy” and make sure the editor receives it by the end of the meeting.

The person who is responsible for any Ticket sales shall enter the cash details on the “Treasurer’s Copy”. They shall also collect the Happy Toonies and enter that information on the same sheet. At the end of the meeting they shall give the treasurer the tally sheet along with the cash in an envelope. There is a supply of banker’s envelopes in the tote box.
